No counting or tallying required.  We do it all for you.  Orders will arrive presorted and ready to hand out.
Each item will contain a sticker with the buyer and seller's names and a complete description of the item.  So even if the order form is lost, it is easy to distribute the item to the correct person.
 
What are the minimums?

The minimum order for each screen print design is 24.  There is no minimum for embroidered items.

 
Can my group offer more than one design with this option?

Your group may offer 1-4 screen printed designs with this option.  When considering how many designs to include, please note that there is a minimum order of 24  items for each screen printed design.

 
Our group colors include orange.  Do you offer colors other than what is shown?

Yes. If you have colors that are not covered, please contact us to discuss the options available.

 
Why is shipping additional?

There is no such thing as "free shipping" no matter what other companies may say.  "Free shipping" charges are always worked into the price.  We take the approach of being upfront and disclosing the cost associated with shipping.  We think our customers appreciate knowing what the cost of shipping is instead of us inflating the cost.  We charge a small amount per each item sold.  Please refer to your agreement for the shipping costs.

 
Can I change the pricing for this option?

Yes.  You will have the opportunity to change all of the sale prices.

 
Do you guarantee the amount of time required to produce our order?

The times listed on this page are for illustration purposes and serve as a guide for the expected timeframes.  In most cases, the timelines are accurate, but no guarantee is implied or given.  Reasons for delay may include, waiting on your payment, backorder of items, current work load, time of year, etc.

 
What does a minimum order of 36 pieces in any combination of garments mean?

Screen printed items for this option include t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, crewneck and hooded sweatshirts.  All of these items are printed with the exact screen print design. Your order must include at total of at least 24 items in any combination of the four items in any size offered.  The following example would meet the required minimum.

T-Shirts (12) - Long Sleeve (3)
Crewneck (2)  - Hoodie (10)
Total of 27 items
 
Is there a charge for the brochures?

For option 3, there is a nominal charge for brochures if your group does not hit a minimum sales amount.  Please refer to your agreement for costs.

 
What is the purpose of the fundraising agreement?

The fundraising agreement serves to answer all important questions about the fundraising process.  The agreement points out the requirements of your group and explains our obligations to you.  As soon you fill out the GET STARTED form indicating you are ready to start, we will e-mail the agreement for your review.

 
What is the deposit or PO requirement for this option?

If you are a school group, we can accept an official approved PO in the amount of $500.00.  For groups other than school groups, we require a $500.00 deposit that will be applied to the order.  If you are unable or wish not to adhere to this requirement, please consider options 1 or 2.  There are no deposits or PO's required for those options.

 
Why do you charge a deposit or require a PO for this option?

Believe it or not, we have had groups in the past not follow though with the fundraising after we completed the entire design, set-up and brochure printing process.  Since each brochure is customized for each group, we typically spend between 6-12 hours designing and setting-up each brochure.  We want to make sure each group is committed and that we are compensated in the event a group does not follow though.

 
 
 
 

This option provides the most options and is a great choice for large groups.  Most orders will be completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks after we receive the order forms with initial payment.

 
 

Your cost for this option is more than option 1 due to the extra benefits offered.  Most groups make between $3.00 to $5.00 per item.  You set the sale price, so your profit per item is determined by you. 

The Bonus T-Shirt program is available on options 2 and 3.  Customers may buy a $5.00 bonus t-shirt for each item purchased at regular price and your group keeps 100% of the $5.00.  A great sales tool, great way to raise additional funds and a great way to offer your supporters a low priced item.

As soon as you indicate your interest in starting, we will e-mail you an agreement highlighting all important aspects of your fundraiser.  Sign, initial and fax the completed agreement back to us.
   
We will provide you with up to 24 or more designs for you to pick from.  After you select up to 4 screen printed designs, we will produce your brochure customized with your designs. As soon you approve the brochure, we will print one for each member of your group.  We can also provide you with a PDF copy.
   
Start selling as soon as you receive the brochures.  Most groups sell for two weeks.  Collect the orders from your group.  Fill out the summary form and mail the order forms with 50% of the total amount collected by your group.  We will count and tally the order and provide you with a detailed invoice.  We will print and embroider your order.  Most orders will ship out in 2-3 weeks.  All orders are sorted and bagged ready to hand out.
