All fundraisers are customized to fit the needs of each group including an eight page brochure with up to 72 items.  All brochures are customized with your logos or mascot displayed as the product will be finished.  We do all the work including counting and tallying of each order and your order will arrive at your location sorted and bagged, ready for easy distribution.

All brochures are custom designed and will include your choice of designs.  We can use your logo or one of our thousands of sports logos or many other clip art images.  The designs are customized for both screen printing and embroidery.
After our initial conversation about your design requirements, we will prepare up to 12 custom designs for your review. In most cases, you may select up to 3 of the designs to be included in your brochure. After we receive your selection of designs and products you want to include, we will create your custom brochure for your review. There are no minimums. All pricing in the brochure is determined by you. So, you will determine the amount of profit for each item.  We will provide you with your cost, and you determine the amount of profit by determining the sales price.
After you approve the brochure design, we will send you one free brochure per player, coaches/group leaders or persons participating in the fundraiser. Additional brochures are available for a nominal fee. The ending date is listed in the brochure and is typically 2-3 weeks from start to finish.
Hand out the brochures and start selling. We recommend that the money be collected as the orders are taken.
Since your members will collect the money at the time of the order, there are no upfront costs.  Also, there are no minimums.  So there are no opportunities for you to lose money and we guarantee your satisfaction.

Collect the money and the order forms from your members.  We recommend that you make a photocopy of each order form for your records. Mail us the original order forms and 50% of the total amount you collected. The remaining balance will be due when the order ships.  There is no need for you to count or tally the orders. With prior approval, we will accept purchase orders from School Districts only.  Contact us for complete details.
We do that all that work for you. Each order is entered into our computer system. This enables us to provide you with a detailed invoice, detailed sales figures for each seller and a sticker that is placed on each item with the buyer and seller's name and complete description of the item.
After the orders are counted, we begin the process of completing your order.  In most cases, your order will be ready to ship to you within 2-3 weeks.
All orders are sorted by seller, bagged and ready to hand out.  Each item includes a sticker that indicates the seller's name, the buyer's name and a complete description.  So even if the order form is misplaced, it is easy to distribute the order.

The copy of the original order form is attached to the bag.  During the sorting process, we verify the items twice, using our computer generated list and the original hand written order form.  This prevents errors or questions about the items ordered.
If you have ever sorted an apparel order before, you will appreciate how easy your final step will be.  Simply open the boxes and hand out the presorted orders.
