items. All brochures are customized with your
logos or mascot displayed as the product will be
finished. We do all the work including counting
and tallying of each order and your order will arrive at

cases, you

the brochure
and is
typically
2-3 weeks
from start
to finish.

Collect the
money and
the order
forms from your members. We
recommend that you make a
photocopy of each order form for
your records. Mail us the
original order forms and 50% of
the total amount you collected. The
remaining
balance will
be due
before
the order
ships. There is no need for you to
count or tally the orders.

system. This
enables us
to provide
you with a
detailed
invoice,
detailed
sales
figures for
each seller
and a
sticker that
is placed on
each item
with the
buyer and
seller's

After the
orders are counted, we begin the process
of completing your order. In most
cases, your order will be ready to ship
to you within 2-3 weeks.
The fundraising
orders are sorted by seller, bagged and
ready to hand out. Each item
includes a sticker that indicates the
seller's name, the buyer's name and a
complete description. So even if
the order form is misplaced, it is easy
to distribute the order.
